I have used your Xhd sealant for a number of years in my tree farm equipment. I have a great number of Honey Locust trees (thorn trees with 4 inch thorns) that are totally foiled by the use of Ultraseal in my tractor, mower and ATV.
Just today I was using my John Deere tractor with Bush Hog® and ran over an antler shed by the local white tail deer. Before I could get stopped the antler had penetrated the middle of the tread on the 11.2 X 24 front tire. The penetration was about 2 inches and one half inch diameter! I could not leave the antler in the tire and I was over half mile from the barn. I pulled the antler and the air really started coming out of the tire. I quickly jumped on the tractor and determined to go as far as possible toward the barn. I sure did not want to walk the half mile. I could hardly believe that I made it all the way!
The tire carries 24 PSI and I checked and it had 11 PSI still in it and the leak had stopped! I inflated the tire to its normal 24 PSI and completed over 2 hours of operation. A recheck showed the tire at 23 psi and seemingly OK.
I have digital photos of the tire and the antler if you are interested. With this large of a hole I probably should have the tire repaired but I thought you should know how much I appreciated the Ultra Seal. This was far beyond what I expected.

Peapod Express
Peapod Express operates trackless train rides for children inside shopping malls. Each train has 15 tires on it and we were having flat tires -- sometimes weekly. Every time a train got a flat tire we would lose customers during the down time. Someone told me about Ultraseal so we started using that instead of replacing the tires. The stuff works great and has solved a big problem for us.

I want to thank you for a great product and an even greater time saver.
As you know, I run a Segway Tour business and consistent reliable tire pressure is vital to the performance of the Segway. I thought you might like specifics on my experience with ULTRASEAL.
I had 1 tire which would go flat in 2 to 3 hours. About 9 weeks ago I put the Ultraseal in and ran it for about 45 minutes. It has not lost 1 pound. I installed Ultraseal on 7 other units (2 wheels each). I either immediately ran them for 30 to 45 minutes or loaded them in my van and transported them downtown for a 2 hour tour. Not one has lost any pressure.
This is a God Send. My most time consuming task is to check the air pressure on each unit before every tour. The most I could go was 1 day without checking them. Usually I would lose 1 to 2 pounds and not evenly in the units. The tire pressure must be as even as possible to prevent the unit from pulling to one side. I have checked and monitored them weekly for about 9 weeks. Every unit has held its tire pressure.
The bonus benefit from your product is that it eliminates the worry of a flat tire due to a puncture while I am on a tour. I can absolutely endorse your product without reservation.

This letter is to confirm that Albany Bakery Randfontein operates a fleet of 44 commercial vehicles. After experiencing problems with punctures and their related call out fees and after hours charges on "Longhaul Routes" the decision was taken to try "Ultraseal".
An applicator and product was purchased, the applicator made the installation of the product an easy task. Our longest haul vehicle was first treated with the "Heavy Duty" product. This vehicle travels daily from Randfontein to Potchefstroom and return.
We have to date recorded 25311 puncture free kilometers. This saving is quite astounding when one considers that each "call out" for a puncture would have cost in the region of R1500!!
Please note that I am not endorsing the product as the answer to all problems, but do feel that with the correct application and Tyre Management process unnecessary expenses can be alleviated.

Hello to Liz and the gang at Ultraseal.
I'll take a moment to reintroduce myself, my name is Devoe Taylor and I operate a ranch here in the South Eastern New Mexico.
In July of 2007, I contacted Ultraseal to inquire about the product line, and after a great conversation with Liz, who to my surprise turned out to be the President of the company; I bought two cases of Commercial grade sealant (p/n 4511, Batch# 6260714).
It was at about the same time, I was rigging out a feed pickup to use here on the ranch. This 3/4 ton pickup is used every day carrying feed to the cattle and all general ranch transportation. Carrying about a ton of weight - at least 95% of the miles would be considered "off" road. That is, it travels primarily dirt and rock roads and open pasture land.
Here in New Mexico, we have a lot of problems with a type of cactus we call "Devil Head". It is a round plant that grows almost flat to the ground with many very strong and sharp spines growing up and out. All my life we have battled flat tires caused by these cactus plants. It is not uncommon to need 6 to 10 patches to fix a flat caused by a Devil Head, and needless to say, flat tires are not only a pain to deal with - they are a large expense to the ranch each year. I typically would have at least one flat fixed per week, and some weeks up to three or four.
That is what I am writing to you about today. That pickup that I rigged out in the summer/fall of 2007 got new tires and a full dose of Ultraseal in those tires when I started using it - and to this day - I have not had a single flat fixed on that set of tires. I surely have had punctures and some slow leaks that required air, but your product does its job beautifully, and seals the leaks.
I couldn't be happier with my purchase of Ultraseal and have it in every tire on the place. That includes 5 pickups, 4 trailers, 2 cars, and the 4 wheelers, too. Thanks for the honest information that you provided me when I called - everything you told me has held up to be true and more. You have a very happy customer that will never be without Ultraseal.

Nice to hear from you. I was talking about you just a few days ago (OK, maybe not about you, but about your Ultraseal product). The reason you have not heard from me is that Ultraseal does exactly what you said it would do. With the six or seven gallons I purchased, my guys have treated every job site tire we own and, to this date, we have not had a single flat.
The only reason we ever changed tires before was because they went flat and were operated flat until they were ruined. Now- No flats- No ruined tires. I asked Eric "The Shop Dude" (as he refers to himself) if we needed more Ultraseal and he said we have one gallon left. You can bet we'll order more when we run out.
You might like to know that in 2003, according to our shop tickets, we had 23 job site flat tires due to punctures. Each flat caused a delay in the project and cost no less than $100 in lost time wages. In 2004 (with Ultraseal in our tires) we had 2 tire incidents but both were caused by the tire being rolled off of the rim (both were utility trailers that were heavily loaded being jackknifed) and in both cases the tires were simply re-inflated. We had costly and agonizing slow leaks in each of these tires. Tire repair crews were unsuccessful in eliminating the problem. Ultraseal did what you said it would do, it stopped the leaks. In addition, on June 16, 1988, I pulled a 1/4" nail out of a 750-15 tube tire on our GMC 1-ton truck. I installed 15 ozs. of Ultraseal and astonishingly the tire has not lost any air up to now.

ULTRASEAL PUNCTURE PREVENTION TREATMENT
I would just like to thank you for installing your product into my tyres before my trip to the south of Spain - little did I know just how much I would be needing it!
To explain further, my wife and I stopped at the traffic lights just south of Madrid, when a young lad came from nowhere and started shouting to us that we had a puncture. I quickly realised that he had actually punctured the side wall with a knife, and it was that that was making the hissing noise he was trying to draw our attention to. Obviously, his intentions were not exactly honourable. Without thinking I just stuck my foot down. I didn't even have time to realise that everything was going to be allright because of Ultraseal. I just wanted to get away from a potentially dangerous situation i.e., a young lad with a knife. Owing to the vehicle feeling a little unstable after about 40-50 miles I decided to stop and take a look at the damage. The Ultraseal was bubbling out of the wound in the side wall (approximately 1" long) and the tyre looked like it had lost about half of its air.
Upon refection, I have had time to realise the consequences of NOT having Ultraseal in my tyres on my camper van. I dread to think what would have happened should the tyre have gone flat by the traffic lights where the incident occurred.
I am deeply thankful, and greatly impressed by the fact that I had you come and install the product into my tyres before I left. I will never go anywhere again without Ultraseal in my tyres, whatever vehicle I am in.

Two weeks ago while driving my tractor out in my field, I accidentally ran over a piece of 1/2" rebar that was imbedded vertically in the soil. I was alarmed when I heard the loud hiss of air escaping from my left front tire. I quickly put my tractor in gear and within three revolutions of the tire I noticed that the hiss had stopped. I immediately jumped off the tractor and noticed the large gapping wound in the tire tread (See picture). The Commercial Grade of the Ultra Seal had completely sealed the hole! I drove the tractor a quarter of a mile to my shop and reinflated the tire to 30 psi. I used this tractor every day since without adding an ounce of air.
The price that was paid for installing the the Ultra Seal in both front tires was less than the avoided service call.

I want to share with you the great results that we have had with the use of Ultraseal.
I have been in the commercial tire business for a long time, and therefore I am familiar with tire sealants. I believe that any product that helps maintain air pressure will save the fleet owner a lot of money on tires and fuel, not to mention money saved on downtime and flat repairs.
Up until the time that I switched to Ultraseal, I had tried several brands of tire sealants and found that they all had drawbacks. The biggest problem being that the wheels rusted, and secondly, the loss of ability to seal punctures after a few thousand miles of being in the tire.
I'm happy to say that Ultraseal is by far the best sealer that we have ever installed.
To date, the tires treated with your product have passed the test of time. There has been no reports of rusting wheels or punctures that did not seal. The tires have consistently maintained air pressure, this includes a truck that drove in with a large bolt embedded in the tread of the tire. Had this tire not been treated with Ultraseal, the driver would have experienced a blowout plus-the cost of a new tire.

I would like to express my admiration of your product.
My company car is a Volvo S40 which is fitted with Pirelli 6000 205 / 50 x 15 tyres, in the first 28000 miles this car consumed 7 tyres, 2 were lost to punctures by nails penetrating the tyres in areas where it was unsafe to make a repair, the other was lost when the tyre punctured and I was unable to stop immediately due to safety reasons.
When a complete new set of tyres were fitted at 28000 miles I introduced Utraseal tyre sealant from the off. I have just changed this set of tyres at 67000 miles having experienced a nail in the front tyre at 61000 miles which I just pulled out and carried on driving. I never seem to need to put air into the tyres when carrying out weekly inspections.

The vehicles involved were a 1990 Lumina APV with new tires and a 1996 Dodge Caravan with older tires.
